Refund policy

Thank you for shopping with Back2Black Tanning. We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. Please review our return conditions below.


Returns Eligibility

Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery for eligible items.

To qualify:

• Item must be unused, unopened, sealed, and in original packaging
• Item must be in the same condition received
• Proof of purchase is required

For hygiene reasons, opened or used cosmetic products cannot be returned unless faulty.

Order Cancellations

Orders may only be cancelled within 30 minutes of purchase. After this time, orders enter processing and cannot be cancelled.

A £3 cancellation fee will be deducted from any approved cancellation to cover non-refundable payment processing costs.


Customer Responsibility

Customers are responsible for:

• Entering the correct delivery address
• Monitoring tracking after dispatch
• Arranging and paying for return postage where applicable

Back2Black Tanning Ltd cannot be held responsible for delivery issues caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses entered at checkout.


Failed Delivery / Returned to Sender

If an order cannot be delivered due to customer error (including incorrect address, refusal, or failure to collect), Royal Mail may return the parcel to us.

Please note:

• Returns may take up to 30 days to arrive back
• Refunds or reshipments are processed only once goods are received and inspected
• Original shipping costs are non-refundable


How to Return an Item

  1. Package item securely ensuring eligibility conditions are met.

  1. Email support@back2blacktanning.com with your order number and tracking number.

Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

Tracked return services are recommended.


Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected:

• You will receive confirmation by email
• Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 working days

If the item does not meet eligibility conditions, we will notify you.


Exchanges

Items are replaced only if defective or damaged.

Contact us within 7 days of delivery to arrange an exchange.


Late or Missing Refunds

If your refund has not appeared after 10 working days:

• Check your bank account
• Contact your card provider
• Then contact support@back2blacktanning.com
